Thanksgiving

We had just about everything Derek said we should: turkey, green bean casserole, mashed potato (with lashings of sour cream and cream cheese), roasted pumpkin (or "squash" as they call it), ham (although we served it cold, not baked), croissants, broccoli with cheese sauce, and 2 pumpkin pies. We added pavolva (for Australia) and Erika made croquetas de bacon (for Spain) and sorbete (a Spanish celebration drink made by blending 1L sorbet with a bottle of bubbly). Of course we made way, way too much food, which is apparently just as it should be.
