Erika & chocolate cumquats

I bought some locally grown cumquats at a fundraiser, and soaked them for 6 months in brandy to make liqueur. Drained the liquid today, and as per the recipe suggestion, coated the boozy cumquats in chocolate and will freeze them to be tasty Christmas treats.
