chooks love chestnut polenta

Théo's Corsican chestnut polenta was... not quite a hit at our party. Australians are not accustomed to the taste of chestnuts and it is not like anything else. When Théo left (after trying to eat as much of it himself as possible) he graciously suggested we give it to the chickens, although he thought that Aussie chooks may have the same reservations. Mais non! They loved it!
