blood plums ripening

The fruit are so juicy and sweet, and soooo plentiful! Other than wolfing them down, I make jam from them, and dehydrate loads of them. The dried blood plums are not like prunes though - more like dried apricots in both look and texture, except dark red in colour, and they taste fabulous!
