duck before

We've been breeding Pekin ducks all spring and summer. Sometime between 2 and 3 months they're ready to... move on to the next level. Today we helped 5 to move on, at 11 weeks old. Ducks grow faster than anything we've had before. This one went from egg to 2.8kg of duck, and that's *after* the feathers, innards, and extremities were removed.
