duck - our first home-grown!

we decided to kill one of our three Pekin ducks as it had had a gammy leg since birth, and was clearly suffering when trying to keep up with the others during the daily walk to and from the pond. He was a very tasty duck, too! Oh, and those are "pomme de terre sarladaises" (potatoes roasted in duck fat). Very yum.
