MInaz no. 1445 was built by Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1920, construction no. 53594, wheels 2-6-2. It has been at sugar mill "Patria o Muerte" in Moron before and has been in operation at Central Carlos Manuel de Cespedes for a long time.
MINAZ means El Ministerio del Azúcar (ministry of sugar), which operates the railway system for all sugar mills.
