HPP Arnstein - turbine hall

HPP Arnstein - turbine hall
Each block of Francis turbines and generators has 10 MW and 13000 kVA. The generator in the foreground is by Siemens & Schuckert, the two in the background by Elin. The image looks "silent", but it's incredible loud inside this hall and all is vibrating.

Ich habe vor gaaanz laaaanger Zeit einen Teil meiner Lehre bei der Fa. Voith gemacht, wo man solche und ähnliche Turbinen und Papiermaschinen gebaut hat...
