Lighthouse Punta de Teno

Lighthouse Punta de Teno
The first lighthouse at the most western point of Tenerife was completed in 1897, the new lighthouse entered service in 1978. It consists of a 20 m high cylinder-shaped tower.

Bei meinem Besuch fand ich den Leuchtturm nicht so interessant, dafür den 'botanische Garten' auf der anderen Straßenseite um so mehr.

Interessanter wäre der Blick von der Seeseite - also vom Spitz - zurück, da würde man beide Leuchttürme sehen, auch den alten. Aber leider war da alles versperrt. Die Vegetation ist sowieso der Hammer, da gebe ich dir recht!
