a beautiful "no access"

Newhaven - a contribution to the ongoing profound discussion "is this a fence or is it not" ;-) Of course it's not - interpreted narrowly, or is it?. Nevertheless, I would be so shameless and post it in the group HFF. But today is not friday, that's sure.

It seems to me that it would be perfectly reasonable to define this as a fence. Whatever you think, it's unarguably a photogenic and nicely symmetrical barrier. Well seen and taken Berny!!

Berny club has replied to LotharW clubIf I happened to be out for a stroll on that beam and came upon it ,then I would say "there is a fence in the way" and I would not enter .
But then it could be a barrier to keep me from going further.
It is Thursday afternoon here, so tomorrow it can be a fence.
Getting to close to Christmas / new year break to worry about it.
Any way ,a great photo Berny...
