The Sunday Callenge: For that I reactivated the old water pipe today, which actually only stands as decoration on the shelf. On this occasion I also got to know the fire alarm in our new apartment. Impressive! (Background: Our LCD TV)

The Sunday Challenge: Dafür habe ich heute die alte Wasserpfeife reaktiviert, die eigentlich nur noch als Deko im Regal steht. Bei der Gelegenheit hab ich auch gleich Bekanntschaft mit dem Feuermelder in unserer neuen Wohnung gemacht. Beeindruckend! (Hintergrund: Unser LCD-Fernseher)

Deine Beschreibung klingt dramatisch, Bernhard! Ich hoffe, ihr braucht nun kein neues Wohnzimmer, nachdem der Feuerlöscher zum Einsatz kam. ;-)
Der Dampf sieht übrigens aus wie ein Flaschengeist, der dort entweicht! :))
Den Fernseher kann ich nicht wirklich erkennen. Es verschwimmt alles im Rauch...

Der Rauchmelder befindet sich bei uns im Wohnzimmer direkt über dem Fernseher. Deshalb hatte es der aufsteigende Rauch nicht weit bis zum Sensor. Bis auf den Schrecken ist aber nichts passiert.

Oh, ich hatte mich letzte Nacht wohl verlesen und "Feuerlöscher" statt "Rauchmelder" verstanden. In dem Fall seid ihr zum Glück nur mit dem Schrecken davongekommen! ;-)

Klasse Idee! Da fehlt nur noch die bezaubernde Jeannie;-) Das mit dem Rauchmelder ist schon krass, ich nehme an, er war nicht vernetzt und keine Feuerwehr ist angerückt;-)

Nee, so schlimm ist es nicht. In Mietwohnungen müssen ja nur einfache Rauchmelder installiert sein. (Die Flut von Fehlalarmen wäre wohl auch gar nicht händelbar.)

Da hast Du Recht. Wir haben bei der Gelegenheit gelernt, dass die Trittleiter im Abstellraum zu weit entfernt gelagert ist. (Als schneller Behelf musste der wacklige Schwingstuhl vom Esstisch ran... (Jetzt wird sich wohl jeder Sicherheitsingenieur die Haare raufen.)
