Inaugurato nel Maggio 2011 su progetto dello studio londinese Buro-Happold, sospeso tra il Lungotevere Flamino e il Lungotevere Cadorna, collega il complesso sportivo del Foro Italico con L'Auditorium della Musica di Renzo Piano.
