kein Problem, wer Speck nicht mag, kann ihn weglassen.
Oder die süße Variante, die Roulade mit einer Apfelstrudelmasse füllen statt mit Sauerkraut schmeckt auch klasse.

oh yes, it is a good combination.

Just a little information for my recipe
In my recipe it is very important to take really mealy potatoes for the dough, otherwise it is difficult to get a good dough
