Wir hatten Hunger und dachten erst daran ein Foto zu machen, nachdem wir bereits über ein Drittel der Portion schon gegessen hatten.
Die hausgemachten Kartoffelplatterln aus Kartoffelteig mit Kümmel in Butterschmalz herausgebacken und das Sauerkraut waren unbeschreiblich köstlich.

Thank you so much, it was really delicious and is a simple meal of a home cook. I have resolved to try this recipe at home when we harvest floury potatoes again for a potato dough.
