Das habe ich gerne gemacht. Danke, dass du mir den Anstoß gegeben hast, nach Kuhrassen zu suchen. Ich wollte schön länger danach suchen, habe es aber immer vor mir hergeschoben.

Thank you for your visit to my site and the nice comments on my pictures.

I think the cows are used to the bells. They wear relatively small bells on the mountain pasture versus in autumn, when they are decorated on the way back to the valley and have larger bells hung around them. For the alpine herdsman it is important that they wear bells, because the grazing area is large over several acres, partly also with forest. Through the bells he can hear where the cows are and look after them.
