Bulgaria seems to be a place for many things. A long time ago, a colleague and I drove through Bulgaria on our way to Greece, and his wife called him. Apparently she told him Bulgaria was a great country to get breast implants, to which my colleague replied: "You can bet any money you like, neither me nor Marco will get breast implants here..." ;-)

I know very little about breast implants in Bulgaria, because for some time now I have been much more interested in the issue of dental implants :(
