I found this slug egg under a piece of wood but it was only when I looked at it through the viewfinder that I saw the bits stuck to it, makes it look like some sort of cartoon character to me.

Just amazing. Like a pearl. You inspire me to look even closer at everything, and I do look closely, but apparently I'm missing WAY TOO MUCH! :D A SUPERB IMAGE!!!

I got curious when reading Roger's comment "one crazy lens" and found out what you were using...when I found the lens you had, I remember my husband told me about that one before. No auto focus and no IS, WOW!!! Talk about challenging!! But I have read that if you can master this lens, the rewards are worth the effort...and you are certainly showing me how amazing the images can be! I am VERY impressed!!! WELL DONE!
