As you can see, ALL three circuits feature dual fiberglass deadend arms.............which are all BRACED. Also, you can see that all 3 pairs are different sizes. The georgia power circuit appears to be built to EMC specs, however the deadend strains are what GApwr uses.
Contractors (not in house crews) put up these brown clamped arms. There's quite a few of these floating around (est: 20), but these are not standard....................except only on the new reclosers. PPL still uses wooden braced arms as a standard for now.
