Studied at conservatories in Geneva and in Milan. Debut 1894 as Delila in Saint-Saëns' "Samson et Dalila" at Geneva.Sang Carmen in "Carmen" by Bizet in Brussels (1895) and Paris (1900). Her most successful appearance in the role was at the Manhattan Opera House in New York City in 1906 and 1907 .1907 Manhattan Opera House, sang Mignon in "Mignon". by Thomas. 1911 Philadelphia-Chicago Opera Company she appeared in Massenet's "Thaïs" and Charpentier's "Louise"
