Studied with Joseph Gansbacher , later Louise Dustmann and Mmme Mampe-Babbnigg.Debut Hamburg 1893 , 1894 becam resident dramatic soprano at Strasbourg where she remained until 1901. In 1901 shifted to Berlin until war broke out . Made guest apperances Vienna , Munich and Covent Garden London
