Oh yes, here is Easter really a big celebration. It begins with Sunday before Easter with Palm Sunday. Then also on Holy Thursday - there is a big Mass in the late evening. The Catholics get only in this Mass vine to drink at the communion. Only when we marry we are also able to drink vine.
On Good Friday there is a big Mass in the afternoon - no bells are ringing since Thursday until Sunday.
This year we will celebrate resurrection at 5.30 a.m. in the morning. In the church it will be dark. The people are sitting in the church while outside the priest and the altar server are sparking a fire. They will come into the church and give the fire to the people which have candles ... only candle-light in the church... it is really moving.
