Heathkit IT-28 capacitor checker

Vintage Heathkit capacitor checker, model IT-28 with Assembly Manual. Three vacuum tubes, metal cabinet, made In USA, circa 1968. This device is used to test for capacitance, resistance, leakage and power factor. It can test paper, mica, or electrolytic-capacitors.
