Local activity in the 13553-13567 ISM allocation ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) band, also known as the 22 m HiFER band. Captured with Perseus SDR and vertical antenna, at a time without skip propagation.
At my location, 13553-13559 is usually free, 13560-13563 is always occupied by strong local and ionospheric signals. The top 3 kHz (13564-13567) is usually free.
