where I went to school

All but my senior year in high school. 1880's building, still in use.
The long tube running down the side is a fire escape, probably added in the 1940's or very early 1950's.

rdhinmn club has replied to Dimas Sequeira clubGrades 1-8 were taught on the ground floor, and 9-12 on the top floor and in the basement. The inside floors and stairs were sturdy, polished wood. The building to the left of it housed the gymnasium and stage, the band practice room, plus a couple of offices for the coach and the janitors.
My senior year was held in a brand new school building south of town, and I was given a used car to get myself there. This was good, since I began to date a girl who went to a different high school about twenty miles away.
