wunderschön, großartig, traumhaft, hinreißend.
Dear Lady = Liebe Dame,
you = Sie / du
look = aussehen
absolutly= absolut / vollkommen
your = Ihr(e) / dein(e)
High Heels = High Heels
shoes = Schuhe
Well, my decision for the best translation:
Liebe Dame, Sie sehen absolut hinreißend in Ihren High Heels aus.
