Notation: Located at 258 Burnell Street. the Canada Bread Company building was constructed in 1912 and the plant was in operation until 1998 - closing on October 2 of that year.

Above-mentioned Christian Cassidy sent me a copy of an advertisement published in the Winnipeg Tribune in Sept 1915. As chance would have it, it appears that both my postcard and the picture in this advertisement were taken during the same photoshoot (same automobile in the same position in both images) - giving me a 1915 date to pin on my postcard.
