Hier befindet sich eine Busstation neben dem Staudamm (siehe Karte).
Die Talsperre in der Provinz Gangwon-do, Südkorea ist ein Steinschüttdamm von 123 m Höhe und 530 m Länge. Sie wurde 1973 fertiggestellt und dient neben der Stromerzeugung auch dem Hochwasserschutz und der Trinkwasserversorgung. Der Fluß Soyang wird hier zu einem See von ca. 70 km² Fläche aufgestaut. Auf dem Stausee verkehren Ausflugsboote (siehe PiPs).
