das ist sicher den Vorschriften über Brandschutz zu verdanken, die solche Fluchttreppen -auch füe ältere Gebäude- verlangen.

ja die Außenfassade ist recht wuchtig gebaut, der Innenhof wirkt da eher modern. Das Treppenhaus ist zwar nüchtern gestaltet, ist aber dennoch sehenswert.
