Die Ostsee bei Lemkenhafen/ Fehmarn

Die Ostsee ist eines der größten Brackwassermeere unserer Erde. Jährlich fällt mehr Niederschlag in die Ostsee als verdunstet, gleichzeitig führen die einmündenden Flüsse große Mengen Süßwasser zu. Hieraus resultiert ein Überschuß an Süßwasser, der aber durch salzreiches Tiefenwasser aus der Nordsee ausgeglichen wird.

Diese kleine Bucht liegt in Lee der Marina Lemkenhafen, hat also eine eine komplette Windabdeckung! Weiter aussen kann man an der gekräuselte Wasserfläche sehen, dass eine kleine Brise geht.
