ja könnte man denken, aber beim Blick von oben (GE) sieht man, dass es kein kompletter Halbkreis ist, es hat so etwa ein Winkel von 150°, wenn mein Winkelmesser stimmt : )

Bei dieser "Doppelhaushälfte"..? Ich fürchte, nein. Nach allem was ich gelesen (und auch gesehen) habe, leidet diese Stadt immer noch unter den Folgen von Katrina -viel Armut vor allem in den Außenbezirken. Von den vorher 500 000 Einwohner (vor August 2005) leben heute erst wieder 390 000 in der Stadt!
