N° 11: Lichthof und Treppen im Asia-Haus (Siehe 2xPiP).
Es wurde 1900 erbaut (und 1906 erweitert) als Mietkontorhaus -vor allem für Firmen, die im Fernost-Handel tätig waren. Die Sandsteinfassade mit Jugendstil-Ornamenten weist mit ihren Motiven auf diese Ausrichtung hin.
