Hi Volker. Even though I like the shot, I have to confess that, even though I follow world events and current affairs all round the world, not one of these portraits rings any bells with me whatsoever! Are you sure they aren't local people?

Well, to be honest, I have no information about this painting and the artist. Just thought, that I recognize some of the people shown there. Regret that I cannot tell more about it, for te time beeing. Perhaps I can find out more.

Ich bin 1969 von da weggezogen, da war das noch alles trist und grau, Volker. Und das was heute Grünflächen sind waren damals noch Trümmerbrachen.

Eine Tolle Portraitsammlung, Volker.
Dass das alles Bilder von berühmten Leuten sein sollen, glaube ich eher nicht. Da sind ja auch Kinder dabei. Gibt es da keinen Namen, Datum und sowas?

Habe mich (noch) nicht dort umgeschaut, aber evtl. finde ich noch irgendwo Infos dazu.
