Die prächtig ausgestattete Kirche Maria Hilf in Speiden, einem Ortsteil der Gemeinde Eisenberg, ist ein Wallfahrtsort im Ostallgäu. Mit der Wallfahrtskirche Mariahilf bei Passau (1622) zählt Speiden zu den ältesten Maria-Hilf-Wallfahrtsorten.
