It seems to be, that Mr. Ruelle has a lower interest in a real solution, than he pretends. (When Jack Tramiel decided to develop the Commodore C64 in November 1981, the developing team had only two months to construct a prototype for the CES in Las Vegas. It is told, that they worked twenty-four-seven, even at Christmas. That's my private benchmark for urgent situations, too.)

But he might be out in his estmation of IMA's patience.

He has been on Holiday, he ate too many chocolate eggs so took the day pff sick, now back at work where he holds Siesta from 12.00 - 14.00 in the local drinking Pernot and Blonde bier, afterwards it is back to his office to drink Litres of strong black coffee.

Er im Urlaub war, ass er zu viele Schokolade Eier so nahm der Tag pff krank, jetzt wieder bei der Arbeit, wo er Siesta hält von 12.00 - 14.00 Uhr in der lokalen trinken Pernot und blondes Bier, danach ist er zurück zu seinem Büro zu trinken Liter starken Kaffee.

Excellent composition! The wait is finally over!!!

Today, 19 April 2017 IMA received notification that Christophe, the President and CEO of Ipernity S.A. has accepted IMA's proposal. I am hoping a Skype call can be held tomorrow to work out the logistics of the transfer.

As a result, Indiegogo will be permitted to transfer funds to IMA's account sometime early next week following the results of the Skype call.

Ipernity S.A. will make an announcement most likely sometime tomorrow to confirm the agreement.
