German iper meetings? Sounds impressive!
I wonder if the British arrange such things? Somehow I doubt it. The French? Not a chance. The Spanish? think I'm almost the only iper member in Spain. I could hold an iper meeting in my wardrobe!

They used to be Panoramio meetings, the first were encouraged by Eduardo Manchon himself and it went on from there. Some of the British (ex-Panoramio) users have small impromptu meetings when they visit places where another user lives. Italian (Pano again!) users have regular small meetings and I think the Catalans have been active too. Some of the Catalan Panoramigos also are on Ipernity.
I think it would be up to you to initiate a British meeting. Here in Germany it usually starts with a PM to interested users, then a Doodle to find a date and then a group for further details, discussions and afterwards the photos.

Any more than one and I would fall off my chair!
