Es war mein Jugendtraum, mal dorthin zu fahren...seit ich (mit ca 20) mal eine Doku darüber gesehen hatte. Hat sich bisher nicht erfüllt, weil immer andere Interessen (der Kinder) im Vordergrund standen bei der Urlaubsplanung. Vielleicht im Rentenalter...is ja nicht mehr soo sehr weit!

Ich kenne die Lofoten auch nur aus Hurtigrutenperspektive, die aber definitiv Appetit auf einen längeren Aufenthalt macht! Wenn Du Flug-/Schiffsanreise nimmst, kannst du gut auch in den Oster- oder Herbstferien dorthin, dann musst du nicht bis zur Rente warten;-)

Many thanks, Diane! The sun was hidden behind the mountains and then behind the bank of low cloud but there was plenty of reflected light:-)
