Udo- wenn du da rauskommst, wankst du irgendwie die Strasse am Wasser lang- irgendwann kommst du nach Melbu und wenn du's verpasst, musst halt nochmal eine Runde um die Insel drehen-LOL

If you don't hurry up to ferry, I would choose 26 km option along west coast. Here you can visit lovely Tavika beach for some beaching and swimming and see sheep climbing high steep hills along the road...

Danke, Thomas! Du suchst wohl auch die sportliche Herausforderung,-) Es ist eine Insel, um die praktisch nur eine Strasse außenrum geht, in der Mitte ist es ziemlich bergig.

Perfectly framed and super colour. The detail here is superb. I think I would choose the shorter route back to Melbu. Although, if I was visiting here I might well stay in the pub :-) Fave work for me, Gudrun.

Thanks a lot, Roger! With plenty of money staying in the pub is an option, but at 8 Euros for a beer I'm not so sure... In summer taking the long road could be nice for a sobering midnight swim;-)
