Edwin Lutyens strapping Castle Drogo, designed & built for Home & Colonial Stores retailer Julius Drewe. The last Castle to be built in England (finished in 1930.) Decades of water penetration have prompted the National Trust to spend millions(11) on conserving this splendid Grade I listed building for us all.
