Wiener Schnitzel...
It has to be a veal escalope - egged, breadcrumbed and fried in clarified butter - until crisp and puffed up - superbe...but double the price of the pork version...

Sachertorte...chocolate ganache, apricot jam, cream...
Franz Sacher's famous gateau at the Sacher Hotel tea room...it was expensive...and dare I say, slightly dry!
