A battered Mars Bar and a Glasgow Kiss?

LOL! I saw slices of deep fried pizza whilst there....on the plus side I did have some splendid grub too!

I remember parts of Glasgow as rather grand and graceful: wide city roads and dignified architecture, contrasting with higgeldy piggeldy cramped Edinburgh. A fine city with great traditions. I’m resolved to visit again soon!

When we stayed in Glasgow, we rented a University flat and self-catered. The fish and chip shop we utilized more than once, did do the battered Mars bars. Opposite the chippy, the undertakers had a sale on. We think it was probably memorial flower holders and decorative grave accessories rather than their main services that were reduced.

The iconic Tunnock's boy, featured on almost every product, is a excellent 'reference' !
