AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!! Graham, this is an abstract masterpiece! It's so beautiful and so surreal. The colors are magnificent. I would love to know what the colored pencils looked like to begin with. Are they rainbow colored in spirals? Totally AWESOME shot. Very mesmerizing. Outstanding! *high five*

Thank you Janet. The pencils have the coloured spirals that you can see in the "sphere". I haven't changed the colours - just blurred the background and applied a spere effect to the circular cut-out.
