Lens: Nikkor 180mm f/2.8 AF.
My main purpose that morning was to get reacquainted with the Nikon 180 mm lens. Firing a few shots through a very dirty window was hardly a fair test of the lens but the light slanting in unevenly coupled with the texture of the trees and the ability to manipulate the depth of field opened up possibilities. Several of the photographs were unremarkable but this one had a sense of mystery and intrigue which I accentuated in Lightroom for a more powerful effect. Coincidentally the window cleaner came that same afternoon and removed the traffic film, autumn dust, bird crap and general muck brought in on the four winds. I doubt the picture could be replicated after that. But replicating any picture - even with the identical equipment and similar light - is near impossible anyway.
