Artillery

I used a vintage (1971) Nikkor-H Auto 300mm f/4.5 lens on a Nikon D2Xs, giving a field of view equivalent to 450mm on a full-frame camera. It was a bright day, allowing 100 ISO and aperture f/11. Shutter speed was 1/60th, and so I must have supported the rig on a monopod, or else I was very fortunate. I don't use that lens often. It is like a piece of artillery.
