Keiller's motor car is one of the exhibits, protected from visitors in a glass enclosure. There's lots of 'hands-on' stuff at video stations for kids and the young-at-heart. Another nearby building is devoted to things dug out of the ground, many from the Windmill Hill excavations, including an infant's skeleton. You can't do Avebury in a day. I've visited umpteen times and still there's new things to see, or old ones to understand more clearly. Perhaps you can visit again some day.
