François Labarbe has replied to Jaap van 't Veen clubDit rommelige straatbeeld is het gevolg van een poging om de St. Jansbeek een paar honderd meter weer bovengronds te laten lopen. Arnhem is ontstaan aan de deze beek die vanaf ca. 1836 ondergronds stroomt.
Door de vervuiling is de beek onder de grond gebracht en die vervuiling willen we dus weer terug vanwege het historisch besef zeg maar :-)
