Hole in the Cliff

Hole in the Cliff
I've always been interested in the Victorian Sewer that is now disused, but once discharged into the sea near Penarth Head. Part of the brick pipe has become exposed due to erosion, and is accessible! I fancy getting in there for an explore with my torch. The tunnel must have been dug by miners and I believe surfaces behind the Headlands building way above and back. If anyone knows more about it's construction I'd love to hear.
