In my country, some of them blow their coughs when they are on the train.

I get a cough (seizure) and at the end it's like an acid attack.
The meds I'm on now are for emphysema...

I take Ellipta Trelegy myself, kiiti. It does help. What especially helps is oxygen. Are you getting tjat. I get 2 litres a minute and the improvement in breathing with oxygen is very noticeable. If you're not getting, perhaos you could ask your doctor.

I also have bronchiectasis and I know how tiring coughing fits can be. I try to stay hydrated to dilute the phlegm.

I take Spiriva Resvimat in addition to that. The mechanism of the suction device is interesting.
I had oxygen suction when it was bad, but now I don't seem to need it. I am prone to acidosis.
