Town Hall

Old Town Hall and Congregational Church, North side of the Meeting House Common and Green.. When the Congregational Ecclesiastical Society rebuilt their Meeting House in 1876, the Town built a Town Hall (styled after a typical school) next to it. The Society had previously provided the church basement for Town Meetings. The Society joined with the Baptists to form the Federated Church and offered the Meeting House to the town for Town Meetings. Bessa-R, 35mm f1.7 Ultron, HP5
