True enough. They’re all lying, cheating, thieving, back-stabbing hypocrites. But in entirely predictable ways. We’ve seen it a thousand times before and we’ll see it a thousand times more. We are familiar with their deceitful ways. At least they appear to adhere to some kind of code of misconduct, for which we can make adjustments and allowances. Despicable and untrustworthy they may be, but if the last four years have taught us anything it is that the alternative is far, far worse. The random, impulsive, uncoordinated chaos we’ve witnessed causes much more harm. And, sadly, I fear we’ve not heard the last from this particular orange marcher (fake tan!). Not by a very long chalk. So drink up, lads! and brace yourselves, for it ain’t over ‘till the fat lady sticks her knee on his red neck.
