It's a call to anything that might possibly stop the flow of russophobe, biased, subservient bilge we have to endure, day in and day out, from the dear leaders of the "free world" and their minions, the meedja (special mention to the BBC).
Of course mutiny would be very nice, too. Just a publically dissenting voice or two would be a good start.
Seizing the captain is tricky, as we don't really know where he lives.
Taking over the ship would be a dream come true, but right now is mere pie-in-the-sky, alas...
